A Black and White Tegu (Tupinambis merinae) predating upon a small conure ( A White-eyed Conure).

The Tegu can stand motionless and then suddenly sprint like it was shot out of a canon.

The Tegu's acceleration is startling when you expect it to move like the stereotypical large reptile.
